General tips for your vacation
The right equipment is essential for a great skiing vacation in Austria
Carry a comfortable backpack that is not too big. Ideally, a back protector should be integrated into the rucksack. This includes suitable protective equipment such as a helmet and goggles. Dress warmly – even when the sun is shining, the temperatures on the mountain can be freezing cold. Make sure that your equipment and clothing fit comfortably but tightly.
You can keep your cell phone, snacks and possibly something to drink in your rucksack. Don’t worry – numerous alpine huts and restaurants will provide you with refreshments on your ski trip, either directly on the piste or down in the valley. You decide!
