During a family vacation at the DORMERO BeHo Zugspitze in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena, various lovingly designed themed trails guarantee unforgettable moments for young and old. Fun and learning new things in the fresh air at the same time:
The adventure and educational trails in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena are extremely popular with young hikers. Nature can be discovered here in a playful and active way. Inquisitive little explorers and adventurous mermaids experience a variety of adventures at the foot of the Zugspitze.
Discover the adventure world of the Tyrolean mountains with great fun
Moosle, the eagle Horsti, the little beaver Castor or the Zugspitzi mascot: hikers of all ages can look forward to seeing who they meet along the way – and, of course, what they learn about nature and life at the foot of the Zugspitze on the interesting trails. Take a look at our recommendations!
Beaver “Castor’s” journey through the history of the Via Claudia. The adventure trail leads around and through the village of Biberwier. The history of Biberwier is brought to life at 10 stations. The themes of mining, water, energy, Via Claudia, etc. are staged around the village. Suitable for baby carriages throughout!

7 explorer stations offer fun and entertainment for the whole family. Start: middle station of the Grubigsteinbahn/ Brettlalm. There is a quiz to answer along the trail – with the correct answer, there is a souvenir of Moosle at the Grubigsteinbahn valley station / Lermoos tourist office. Easy to walk, but not always suitable for baby carriages.

Start: Grubigsteinbahn valley station – follow Moosle’s signposts to above the war cemetery – at the crossroads towards the middle station/ Brettlalm, take the entrance to the enchanted forest on the right-hand side. An interactive game & adventure trail with 9 stations for the whole family awaits you there. With the correct solution, you will receive a souvenir of Moosle at the Grubigsteinbahn valley station / Lermoos tourist office.

Start: Ehrwalder Almbahn valley station – circular trail along the Gaisbach stream – towards the Seeben waterfall – back via the Almmähder meadows. With stations for playing, exploring and resting. A pin can be obtained from the Ehrwald tourist office on presentation of the solution. Easy to walk on, but not always suitable for baby carriages!

Start: Ehrwalder Almbahn mountain station. Follow the meadow path downhill to the valley station of the “Hochbrand” T-bar lift – at the left-hand edge of the forest, go through the wooden gate and from there follow the path down to the stream – as far as the Ehrwalder Almsee lake. Then from the Almsee back to the Ehrwalder Almbahn mountain station. The path is easy to walk and suitable for baby carriages!

Start: forest path at the end of Mitteregg (limited parking). Experience the adventure of the little eagle “Horsti”, with his attractions:
Horsti’s egg roller (wooden ball track) | water sound | wooden bowling alley | grass fun slide | water games | gold panning | wooden sound game | quiz game | Horsti’s flying show. Suitable for baby carriages throughout!
